Password Reset

To reset your password for the FLEX Payments Portal, follow these steps:

1. Visit PROD: https://portal.flx-payments.com or DEV: https://portal-dev.flx-payments.com.

2. Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page.

3. Enter your registered email address and submit the form.

4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions provided.

5. Set a new password and confirm it.

6. Log in to the portal using your new password.
