Transactions

When arriving at the ACH —>Transactions page, a large dashboard of transactions can be seen as well as a lot of filtering criteria. Before filtering, by default the portal will display ALL ACH transactions, which can be overwhelming and inefficient.

Sorting and filtering the transactions is highly recommended to find the desired transaction(s) quickly.

Sorting criteria are as follows:
  • Receiving date
  • Item ID
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Amount
  • Status
  • Reason
  • Your reference #
  • Sent date
  • Effective date
  • Same day?
  • Settlement date
  • Returned date (if applicable)

  • Hovering over return codes will display a tooltip with more information about the code.

  • The items viewed per page can be adjusted in the bottom-right corner of the page, allowing for more transactions to be seen at the same time.

  • Located in the bottom-left corner are transaction total summaries, one for debit and one for credit.

Near the top of the window, different search filters can also be applied such as:

  • A text filter (can be used to search for names, IDs, etc.)
  • Date range (for effective, received, returned, send, settled)
  • Item status
  • Item ID

By clicking on the filter dropdown menu titled: “more,” other filtering options can be found.

These include:
  • Routing #
  • Account #
  • Your Reference #
  • Flex Batch ID
  • Amount Min
  • Amount Max
  • Item Status Description
  • Entry class
  • Transaction type
  • Transaction sub-type
  • Return reason
  • Return message
  • States
  • Late return?

When the desired transactions are filtered, the list can be exported to a file for further analysis or record-keeping.

This is done by clicking the Export button located in the top-right corner of the page.
